For my beloved Linette

In tribute to

For my beloved Linette

Thanks to

Sylvie
On a beautiful summer's day.

We found you abandoned.

So unhappy and desperate.

And immediately adopted you.

So much goodness in your eyes.

Then, after 14 too-short years of happiness.

My little ball of love and sweetness.

At the very beginning of summer.

You left us and abandoned us.

To find your favorite companion.

And my heart will never be able to console me.

Be happy in your new country.

And know that no one here will forget you.

We'll love you forever.

My beloved Linette.
