To you, Orlane, gone too soon to the white paradise of doggies.

You were only 9 years old and fate chose to separate us suddenly, cardiac arrest.

You had a heart murmur.

The only day I wasn't with you.

I feel guilty.

I'm terribly shocked.

That evening, the earth crumbled beneath my feet.

I lost not only my "Orlane", but also my baby, my pride, my confidante, my little companion who was always there to welcome me.

An immense and painful void had overwhelmed my life.

You, our "Nono", who used to amuse us with your mimicry, your clownish airs as you tilted your head to one side or cocked your little ears when you wanted to play with your piou-piou and your marmot.

What keeps me going is the knowledge that one day, we'll meet again for eternity.

You left without me being able to say goodbye or give you a last kiss.

I miss you, my baby.

Emily has lost her sister, her faithful friend, her companion.

Dad is sad and unhappy.

Chipie has been depressed since you left.

Melba continues her long illness.

Here at home, we've made a museum corner with your basket, your stuffed animals, your photos and your little urn.

Grief has filled our lives.

Orlane, our "Nono", we miss you so much, your love was sincere.

Thank you for giving us 9 years of full happiness, the only pain you caused us was leaving so soon.

You've gone to join Angelique and Anouchka in doggie heaven.

ORLANE, our Baby, we'll always love you.
