Many thanks to Marie Poulain for this wonderful testimonial.
She was sweetness, tenderness, goodness... she was quite simply "my doudouce", our happiness, our Jéween...

Every year, we all look forward to spring: the first flowers, the first scents, the first rays of sunshine that warm the body and spirit so well...

Everything is beautiful in nature...
This year I can't see these flowers, I can't feel these sweet rays of sunshine, everything is gray in my eyes and in my heart:
Boy, Iolfy, Jéween just had time to see our swallows return to our barn; those swallows that came back earlier than in previous years, as if they didn't want to miss seeing you three again...

I never had the desire or the need to call you anything other than "my comforter", even when it was you who made the firm decision to sleep with Rudley, or Rooper, or... maybe Unex... the image of your sweetness was your remedy for your whims.

You never lacked attention towards your only son Otton, whom you spoiled, too spoiled; you allowed him to do everything, even sneeze... but... not more than 2 times in a row! for the others: it was forbidden, you'd get angry... and oddly even! in gratitude he always respected the laws you imposed on him; a great complicity united you.

You loved training every puppy that stayed with us...
1st Lesson: teach him to climb the stones along the fence on our property;
2e Lesson : dig up earthworms, pull them out and let them fall like a rubber band;
3rd Lesson: chasing mice, catching them, throwing them in the air and... finding that they were stunned; but you were kind enough to revive them to see them run again, to catch them again, to... my sweet, what a lesson for the puppy who, sitting, didn't miss a beat!!!
4th Lesson: 3 times a day you took the puppy for a walk in our meadow... attention: strictly forbidden to run in all directions: he had to follow you at a distance of 1m and go around the meadow along the fence to take advantage of the shade;
5th Lesson: lie down on the grass in the shade of the big apple tree in our meadow that you adored, for a well-deserved hour's rest! the puppy: not allowed to move, only to respect this rest; ah, I forgot: the "top of the top": teach him to hide behind our fir trees (preferably the biggest) when I called you and looked for you for the siesta; my sweet, my review leader!!!
