As a blend of the two breeds, the Wire Torkie has a set of combined characteristics from both parents that make it almost irresistible. His stubborn Terrier side makes him an excellent watchdog, while his desire to keep you company means long, relaxing naps. When his attention is caught, the Wire Torkie's ears perk up at the top of his head and are covered with a layer of short, usually golden hair.
