Grey Saint-Louis Hound |
| The Grey-Hound was a French hound, now extinct, that was renowned from 1250 to 1470 as a prestigious royal pack dog. Known for its harsh grey coat, large size, and stamina, it was used for hunting game and often displayed tan or red markings on its legs. This dog was known for its very friendly and affectionate nature. Used as a hunting dog, it was loyal to its master and readily obeyed commands. Since this breed is extinct, little is known about the temperament of the Grey-Hound. |
